毕业等于失业是一句放之四海皆通用的真理。于是昨天上午最后一门考完试之后，我便正式失业了。接下来面临的当然是找工作的问题了，只是第一天不免想轻松一下。跟室友约好了去逛街，两个人却都悠闲到半晌才起床。起来后吃吃喝喝再看看电影，轻松的很奢侈。以后不会天天如此了，要做事情，要找出路。今天却可以心安理得的坐在家里小资，看看朋友们的blog。大家都说应该在实习的单位留下来。可是问题是墨尔本市政府的门槛会不会太高。每一位同事都是学历匪浅经验颇深。问当然是要问了，可我不会把这当成唯一的稻草。退一步讲，有那里的人做推荐以及取得了经验总是好的。从现在起到工作，就算是我的寒假了。希望不要太懒惰。经济大潮虽然汹涌，也请给我留一条生路吧。

今天跟两位同仁去chapel st 走了一圈。我自己已经有两年没来逛了。由于天气有点小闷热，一路上不乏清凉美女在身边川流而过。看着她们，想着我的置衣计划，心里不断在喊，no, this is not my style。不知不觉，在街上晃了3个多小时，却什么都没有试，倒是学到了一些金融策略方面的知识。晚上回到家，不得不去想明天穿什么去参加小虎的婚礼。我翻出了所有我认为上得了场面的衣服。结果不是衣服太肥，就是裙子往下掉，再不就是整个装束“前凸后翘”，一切皆因为我瘦了几k。看来该买的还是要买的。哈哈，找到这个借口好开心啊。

 

再说从去年开始流行的“斗牛士”凉鞋，今年更加大行其道。过去就是脚上多两道横条，脚踝上缠几圈皮绳，而现在仿佛任何款式的鞋子都被改造成了这种款式。其原理是把鞋形在原有的基础上做镂空。完成后的“斗牛士”就像一个个的小笼子，让人联想到可以拿到实验室里养小白鼠什么的。今天看到的最夸张的是一直上升到膝盖以下的那种，就是镂空后的靴子。不过在外形变化的背后，没变的是鞋子依旧是平底。如此张扬，霸气，却又实用，有别于同样是霸气的超高跟鞋，不知道是不是设计师对于女权主义的诠释呢？这些都不得知，我只知道人是会被潜移默化的。去年我看它丝毫不觉得有美感，而今年居然有些欣赏了。不过同去的两位倒是是不愿苟同。看来买东西还是要参谋的哈。姐妹们要是有什么好推荐请一定告诉我哦。

When I first came to Australia, I was addicted to watching MTV.  Every Saturday morning, I would wake myself up at 6.30 (very early for a high school student) and go to the Chapel Room, where the television was placed in my boarding school, to watch the program Rage on abc.  I liked many videos and enjoyed watching them over and over again every week.  There was a chicky, funny, sweet teen or pre-teen debut video called "Just Another Night" at the 10 something place for a few weeks.  Then it had disapeared forever.  I wondered what happened to the singer, because she seemed having some talent.

 

Thank YouTube.  Now you can search for the videos that have been left behind by time.  By looking at the viewers' comments, I found this video is an Australian production!  I had always thought it was American!!  Not to say it's good or bad, it's the style it was made to be.  And the singer -- Angie Cox, is commented as "ugly", "shameful" and "stupid".  Is this because she did an American job?  No matter what, it brings me back to the old days.  Take a look at this video if you want to know about my taste in 1999
